This relaxed workshop is designed to use humor and fun to address some of the hottest topics brought to me by parents AND teens....and leave you feeling equipped with tools to create connection and change in your relationship with your teen/tween.

Who should Attend?

Energy-sucked parents of tweens/teens (ages 10-18) that wish they could connect with their teen/tween again… and maybe not lose their voice so much from yelling… or repeating themselves 5 million times AND recognize that the current way of dealing with things isn't working.

Who should NOT attend?

Parents unwilling to let go of unhelpful parenting ideas that are keeping them stuck! This workshop will require you to be open-minded to trying NEW tools. If you want change bad enough that you are coming to a parenting workshop on a Saturday....you want change bad enough to try some quirky ideas of mine :)

What do I get for my investment?

Parenting 101 is a 3 hour workshop designed to give you insight into why tweens and teens are the way they are, why they do the things they do...while also giving you tangible tools to improve you connection and communication with them. As a teen therapist I often do 1:1 parenting sessions.  The average cost of a 1 hour counseling session in our area is $140.  You get me and my tween & teen secrets for 3 hours for the price of a one hour counseling session.
